1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of tinytoolweb.com (“TinyToolWeb”), published by a private individual on a non-professional basis (see the legal notice).

By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The service

TinyToolWeb provides free online tools: text processing, developer utilities, converters, calculators, document generators and more.

No sign-up or account is required. The tools run in your browser; some rely on an external service, described in the Privacy Policy.

Tools may be added, changed or removed at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the tools freely, for personal or professional purposes, in compliance with the law and the rights of others. In particular, you must not:

• use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
• try to disrupt, overload or compromise the site or its server;
• query the tools massively through automated means (bots, scripts);
• copy or republish the site or its tools and present them as your own.

In case of abuse, access to the site may be restricted, for example by blocking IP addresses.

4. Results are for information only

The tools are built with care, but their results may contain errors or may not fit your situation.

• Financial, tax and real-estate calculators (VAT, net salary, notary fees, borrowing capacity, capital gains…): these are estimates based on simplified rules, and they do not replace a notary, an accountant or a financial advisor.
• Health calculators (BMI, calories, body composition…): they give general guidelines and are not medical advice.
• Document templates (contracts, quotes, invoices, GDPR checklist): they are starting points to adapt and have checked if needed; they are not legal advice.
• Validators (IBAN, VAT, SIRET, NIR…): they check a number’s format and check digit, not whether it actually exists or who holds it.

You remain responsible for how you use the results. Please check them before any important decision.

5. Availability

The site is provided free of charge, with no guarantee of permanent availability. It may be interrupted for maintenance, after a failure, or when an external service used by a tool stops responding.

Since the site does not keep the data you enter, remember to copy or download your results.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the site, nor for the consequences of a decision based on a tool’s result.

The site contains links to third-party websites whose content the publisher does not control.

7. Intellectual property

The code, texts, design and the TinyToolWeb name belong to the publisher, except for the open-source libraries listed in the legal notice, which remain subject to their own licenses.

The content you create with the tools (text, images, documents, QR codes…) belongs to you and you can use it freely.

8. Personal data

How personal data and cookies are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules of your country of residence if you are a consumer.
