Our Password Generator helps you create strong, secure, random passwords to protect your online accounts. All password generation happens directly in your browser, ensuring your passwords are never sent over the internet or stored on any server.

How to Use

• Adjust Length: Use the slider to set password length (8-64 characters). Longer passwords are more secure.
• Select Character Types: Check/uncheck options to include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Generate: Click "Generate Password" to create a new random password.
• Copy: Click "Copy to Clipboard" to easily paste your password where needed.
• Exclude look-alikes: Optionally remove characters that are easy to confuse (O, 0, o, I, l, 1, |) when a password must be read or typed by hand.
• Strength Meter: Shows the exact entropy of the generated password in bits (all possible passwords for your settings): Weak below 50 bits, Medium below 75 bits, Strong from 75 bits.

• Length Matters: Use at least 16 characters for strong security.
• Mix Character Types: Combine uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
• Avoid Patterns: Don't use dictionary words, personal information, or predictable sequences.
• Unique Passwords: Use a different password for each account.
